The 50:50 JV will be located in Guangzhou Nansha Development Zone in Guangzhou, the capital city of Guangdong Province.

The JV will be in charge of a project called the South China Special Gas Center, which will begin construction in 2010.

Furthermore, the JV will invest RMB 2.3 billion to build an industrial gas center in Guangzhou Nansha Development Zone. The industrial gas center is expected to have a total annual output value reaching RMB 2.5 billion.
